Stay in Position and Contend For The Vision

 I HAD TWO DREAMS WHERE I SAW THE ENEMY WORKING OVERTIME TO BLOCK THE CHILDREN OF GOD FROM BOTH SEEING AND REVEALING WHAT GOD HAS GIVEN THEM IN THE VISION AND DREAM REALM.

Recently, I had two dreams where I saw the enemy attempting many times to steal and kill the visions that God is giving to His people. This dream came to me after Holy Spirit had woken me up at 3 am to pray. This was also on the third morning of our 3-day corporate fast.

DREAM 1

In the dream, I am in my bedroom at night, and the room is dark. I am asleep close to the edge of the bed. I rolled to the center of my bed. As I rolled, I opened my eyes and looked to the wall straight ahead of my bed. As I opened my eyes to look at the wall, I see a large projection screen. This is not a television, but an actual screen normally used with a projector. As I watched, I saw black and white images being projected on the screen. It was as if I am watching an old movie in black and white. The dream was not in black and white, but the images on the screen were.

On the screen, I see cartoon-like images. These images are scary looking hand-drawn images in black and white. Intermingled among the hand-drawn cartoon images are images of men in top hats and then periodically I would see an image which included mickey mouse (the old black and white cartoon version). Suddenly, as I am looking at the screen, a black hand came from the side of my bed and begin strongly and violently pulling me back to the edge of the bed. As the hand is pulling me away from the center of the bed, the screen is no longer visible to me. It completely disappeared as the hand pulls me from the center of the bed. 

The hand did this three times, each time I fight and pull myself away and roll back to the center of the bed, the screen with the images is visible again. I felt the evil intentions of the hand as soon as it appears in the dream. Immediately as the hand appears Holy Spirit reveals to me that the hand is there to prevent me from seeing what is being projected on the screen. This gave me the zeal to contend with the hand each time it attempted to pull me from the center of the bed.

My mother appears in the room, and I begin to explain to her what is happening. As I am telling her what is happening with the screen and the hand, I recognize that she is not able to hear me. Immediately, Holy Spirit reveal to me that the agenda had now changed, the enemy’s mission is now to stop up the ears of those I am speaking to, preventing them from hearing what I am saying concerning the vision. I immediately begin to rebuke and pray against it in the spirit. I wake up praying in tongues. 

I fall back to sleep a few seconds after waking up and began dreaming again.

DREAM 2

In this second dream, the scene is the same. It is dark and I am in my bedroom asleep in my bed. I awake to change position and the same screen appears as I roll to the center of the bed.  The same black hand with evil intentions of preventing me from seeing what was projected on the screen appear. Again, three times, the hand pulls me back violently, attempting to pull me form the center of the bed. Each time it pulls me away from the center the screen is no longer visible. Each time I pull away and return to the center the screen and images become visible again. 

The only difference in this second dream is that a white female enters the room instead of my mother. As she enters, her face seems familiar. I begin to explain to her what I am seeing and what the hand is doing, but she is not able to hear what I am saying. Again, I quickly recognize the evil hand had now switched its agenda and now is preventing my voice from being heard in the ears of the woman in the room. I immediately begin to pray in the spirit. Again, I awake praying in tongues.

As I am waking up, Holy Spirit began revealing to me how God is revealing much of the enemy’s agenda to His people in their intimate place of revelation, in visions & dreams. As the times are getting darker and the Lord is pouring out His spirit and increasing dreams and visions among His people, He is also revealing the enemy’s agenda. The enemy is furious, he is coming in and pulling many out of their position in Christ. The enemy does this as a part of his plot to kill the vision of what is being revealed. This is his mission as revealed in scripture, to steal, kill, and destroy. 

Holy Spirit highlighted to me that the enemy did not attempt to cover my eyes, instead he pulled me away from the place where I can best see what was being revealed. The adversary doesn’t just want us to not see the vision, he wants us completely out of position. As the people of God are about to enter a season of difficulty the enemy is attempting to sabotage the vision God is revealing to His people.

The enemy may have come in to move you out of position, but God is equipping you to contend for the vision and your voice. There is an optimal place in God where we must be positioned in order to see what God is revealing. Remain in position, gird up yourselves for spiritual warfare and remain in optimal position to see the entirety of the vision God is revealing in this season.

When our adversary recognizes that he has failed in preventing us from seeing the vision, he will then attempt to close the ears of those we are sent to. The enemy will attempt to again kill the vision by preventing it from being heard. When the enemy recognizes He has failed at pulling you out of position, he will attempt to prevent the vision form being revealed through you. 

The women in the dream are symbolic of the Church. The enemy has been strategic in attacking and even assassinating the voice of the prophets in the Church. After the prophets have contended and placed themselves in position to receive from God, they then must contend to be being heard by the Church. The prophets are speaking, but in many cases are not being heard. Our adversary has been successful at shutting the ears of many concerning God’s oracles and what God is revealing through His prophets. 

Since this dream was repeated in the same night, I believe the Lord is saying it is happening and will be happening soon to those who are His and in position to receive from Him. 

The enemy has devised and is devising strategies to pull us out of perfect alignment with the Lord in order to prevent us from being able to clearly see what God is revealing concerning him (the enemy). The Lord is revealing visions and dreams of the enemy’s strategy and agenda. The enemy is therefore furious, He cannot affect God, but can affect us. Therefore, he seeks to use whatever means he can to pull us out of alignment and then close the ears of many concerning the things of God. 

We must take charge of the atmosphere. Begin to contend by warring in the spirit to bring forth what God has revealed. We must contend for the vision as well as those to whom the vision is sent. Prophets, Seers, and dreamers must be postured to war for their position, the vision, and those to whom it is sent.  

We must be girded up in our spirits and resist the evil one at all costs. Resist him and he will flee from you says the Lord. Contend for your position, contend for the vision, and contend for the declaration of the vision God has given you. 

Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

👂🏽He who has an ear to hear, let him hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying to the churches.
